I am responsible for all tolls, parking fines, speeding and other traffic fines while I have the car. ADM Motors will nominate me as the driver for any fine issued during the loan.
If the car is damaged, stolen or involved in an accident while I have it, I will ring ADM Motors straight away and I am liable for the cost of repair up to the insurance excess.
No smoking or vaping in the car. No towing, off-road driving, rideshare, deliveries or racing.
